Sunmelia Beach Resort Hotel & Spa

I would highly recommend staying here especially with a family. The food was amazing to me,the service was excellent and friendly. The only thing that made my vacation bad for a day was probably food poisoning ( even if i don't believe that it was ). The beach is gorgeous and never to busy, but if the sea was a few degrees colder it would be better, same for the pool. The hotel lobby is stunning and large. And at night you don't really have to leave the hotel, there are entertainment like the game centre. The room and bathrooms were clean and always tidy. Deserved the five stars.

Everything in this hotel was truly perfect. 🌟 The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with careful daily housekeeping. The food is delicious, varied, and caters to all tastes. The entertainment team is dynamic, full of energy, and knows how to keep guests of all ages entertained; the evening events were especially enjoyable. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, making you feel right at home. I had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend this place! 💯✨

Unfortunately, the conditions at the hotel leave a lot to be desired: The level of cleanliness, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, is very poor. The toilets by the pool and the beach are in such bad condition that even the children refuse to use them. The dining area is not properly cleaned – when we arrive around 8:00 p.m., there are no clean tables, and we have to remove dirty dishes ourselves. The staff reacts very late or not at all. The areas where food is served are dirty, with the cooking station being in particularly poor condition. There is a lack of attention to hygiene throughout the property – all windows, glass surfaces, and the elevator are visibly dirty. The rooms are not cleaned properly – since the beginning of our stay, the bathroom counter and mirror have not been wiped even once, the toilet has not been cleaned, and the floor was washed only after leaving a larger tip. The minibar is hardly ever restocked – mostly just water is provided, with an occasional sweet drink. My son’s bed was not made even once during the entire stay. The aquapark and pool areas are dirty – the sunbeds and tables at the pool and beach are neglected, and there is visible litter around. I have the impression that the main issue is an insufficient number of staff, which results in a lack of proper attention to cleanliness and guest comfort.
