The hotel offers everything you need for a great vacation – plenty of food, a variety of cocktails, evening entertainment, a spa, and a perfect location close to the city center. It is situated right on the seafront, which is a big advantage, but unfortunately, there is no natural sandy beach. Instead, there is an artificial rocky shore, so swimming in the sea is not really possible. The only swimming option is the hotel’s inner lagoon, which is about 5 meters deep and suitable only for confident swimmers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though a bit worn out with time. However, they are cleaned regularly and thoroughly. The food is abundant, diverse, and of very good quality – a real highlight. The only downside is the large number of guests, which sometimes means waiting for a table and dealing with a noisy restaurant environment. The staff truly stands out – extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Despite a few drawbacks, the hotel offers great value for money. I definitely recommend it!

Sunny Days Resort – A Fantastic Family Holiday! I recently spent a week at Sunny Days Resort with my 8-year-old daughter, and it was an unforgettable experience! We stayed at the Mirette Family Aqua Park Hotel, which was perfect for us, especially with the aqua park located just steps from our room — such a bonus for families with kids. Although we stayed at Merrit, we dined at the El Palacio Hotel restaurant, as that’s where most of the activities and evening entertainment took place. The food was excellent — delicious, with plenty of variety and generous portions. The views from the hotel were stunning, the rooms were clean, and the entire staff was polite and attentive. A very special thank you to Essam Mustafa, the barman, who truly made our stay memorable. He greeted us with a warm smile every day, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made the best cocktails! My daughter absolutely adored him and looked forward to seeing him every single day. Thank you again for such a lovely stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return, but next time we plan to stay directly at El Palacio to be even closer to all the fun!

Check in easy and simple. Everyone is ready to explain you everything about the hotel. We could do the check in before the time and have breakfast! Amazing! We payed for everything included and couldn't recommend it enough. It's the best option, for ex you don't have to pay for internet in your room (which is not included). Etc. Warm and clean water. Different options of place (deep water, not deep), pool. Lot of activities during the day. Sun beds and towels. Everything!!! Unfortunately I had a health problem and had to go to the clinic in the hotel. It's a very small clinic, everyone speaks English, they can't do a lot there, they just take your vitals and that's it, then they bring you to another hospital, they organize a "medical car" which is a taxi. Very nice staff! The food isn't good. It's the same thing every day. Quality of the products is questionable. They have a camel every day there waiting for tourists, with a lot of things on top of him. It's not ok !! There's no need ! There's a lot of hotel workers that come to you when you're laying on the sun bed, always asking if you want a massage or photos or boat ride, and that's just annoying !! If we want, we'll go ask you.
