om the moment we arrived, things went downhill fast. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. The room looked nothing like the photos – terrible view, a tiny balcony, and instead of a proper double bed, we got two singles that kept sliding apart. The shower was clogged from day one and never fixed. We were also hit with a surprise tourist tax of €70 per person on arrival – something that was never clearly stated beforehand. The food was repetitive and tasteless every single day. Worst of all was the staff: cold, distant, and completely unwilling to help. We never felt welcome. After a serious quad accident (from a rental company located inside the hotel), we returned injured and in shock. No one offered help, checked on us, or showed any concern. Instead, we were charged €55 for two small pasta dishes while barely able to sit upright. We’ve never felt so dismissed or uncared for. No support, no empathy – just greed and indifference. Do not book here. This place is unsafe, unfriendly, and unworthy of your time or money. What should’ve been a holiday ended in trauma – and they did nothing to help.

We arrived to find a completely different room than the one we booked. The photos online are misleading – the view was ugly, the balcony was tiny, and the room was far from comfortable. What was advertised as a double bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart. The shower was clogged from day one. To make matters worse, we were forced to pay €70 per person in tourist tax on arrival – something that was never clearly mentioned beforehand. The food was the same every single day, bland and repetitive. But the absolute worst part was the staff: cold, unfriendly, and completely unhelpful. We were made to feel like a burden from the moment we arrived. What truly made this stay unforgivable was what happened after our serious quad accident. There is a vehicle rental company for quads and buggies inside the hotel. We rented through them and were involved in a major accident that left us both injured and in shock. When we returned to the hotel, no one brought us water, no one asked how we were doing – they did absolutely nothing. Instead, they even charged us €55 for two small plates of pasta while we were clearly struggling to even sit upright. We have never felt so disrespected and dehumanized on a trip. No care, no compassion, no apology – just indifference and greed. This hotel does not deserve to continue operating. We warn anyone considering this place: stay away. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a traumatic experience – and the staff stood by and did nothing.

Absolutely unacceptable – this is NOT a 4-star hotel, more like 1 or 2 stars at best! This place is a complete scam. The pictures online are totally misleading – nothing matches reality. You’re being fooled from the moment you book. The rooms are dirty, full of mosquitoes and insects – we even had cockroaches! The beds are extremely old, worn out, and uncomfortable. The so-called pool is tiny, more like a joke than a place to relax. The hotel is built in a narrow residential alley, which is both inconvenient and annoying – even the neighbors seemed frustrated by the hotel’s presence. There are no parking spaces, even though they are advertised. It’s a lie – you’re left on your own to find a spot somewhere far away. The breakfast is an embarrassment. Barely anything to choose from, poor quality, and definitely not even close to a 4-star standard. I’ve stayed in real 4- and 5-star hotels – this is nowhere near that level. Yes, the staff were kind, but that really doesn’t help when the entire hotel is simply awful. This place is not a place to relax – it’s a place to feel uncomfortable and disappointed. Bottom line: Avoid this hotel at all costs. You’ll waste your money and ruin your vacation.
