Sunny Downtown Crossing Suites by Sonder

We loved our stay here! The location was amazing-close to wonderful restaurants, grocery store, a pharmacy and the subway. We were able to walk to major Boston sites, like the Museum of Fine Arts, the Freedom Train and Fenway Park. The room was spotless, well stocked, and surprisingly quiet for being in such a lively area. Communication with staff was clear and smooth throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would defiantly stay her again!

We stayed the entire week for the Boston early music festival. The apartment was centrally located for all the music venues, including Jordan hall, the churches on Newbury street and the colonnade hotel.

We arrived on Friday at check in time and the front door to the building wouldn’t work so we were stuck on the street for over an hour. We contacted them via text (as they said to) and were told someone was on their way. We ended up calling after waiting an hour and they “reset our code” and we were finally able to get in. Although they said someone was coming, no one ever showed up. Luckily we had our stuff with us and it wasn’t late at night but I wouldn’t want to risk that happening again. The shower door also doesn’t stay shut so the showers were freezing. And I would not recommend staying with more than 2 people. Aside from all that, the place was clean and the location to Fenway was good. I personally will not be staying here again!
