Highly recommended to relax your mind here and pls put your phone aside to enjoy great view and tranquility. The owner is very friendly and helpful- we missed twice our connections but she’s been nice waiting for us. English speaking friendly.

After passing through the steep and long stairs of Jiufen, we arrive at “Jiufen’s Memories.” How far down the red light district did we go? We knocked on the small door. The door opened and the host greeted us warmly. A fairytale-like space unfolded before our eyes. It was much more beautiful than the photos. Comforting classical music always filled the space. I was so happy to be able to listen to music when I entered the house. It has a first floor, second floor, and duplex. You can see the ocean in the distance through the second floor window. I remember the time I spent drinking coffee, sitting on a wooden chair, waiting for the sun to set, and waiting for the sun to rise. The time in Jiufen, the space in Jiufen was so happy. A green bedroom. White curtains. Wooden window frames. This one photo was the reason I went on this trip. I still feel regret even after staying for two nights. It was a place where I could rest comfortably for the first time in a long time. It was a happy 2 nights and 3 days to be able to stay in a beautiful space called “Jiufen’s Memories.”
