If I could I would give 6 stars on all categories. Staff is friendly, polite and very helpful in all situations, the room we stay in was just splendid. The Beach area with the restaurant/bar is just fantastic, the staff couldn't be any more welcoming and service minded. The food is just mouth watering good. I cant praise this place enough! Well worth the stay! If I go to Alanya again, this is the place I will stay at.

We spent a very beautiful week in this hotel! Everything was just excellent- the room, the food in the restaurant, the staff and service. Special thanks to the cleaners, who was changing towels, bedsheets every day. Hotel is spot clean. The musical events have been organized in the bar of the hotel, where everyone could take a part. In the cellar floor there is a nice SPA center, where one can get a quality massage. We will recommend the hotel to all our friends and relatives.

A truly fantastic hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and bright and while there is no view, the room itself is comfortable and has a premium feel. I lowered my expectations for an economy room but wow it was great with a large comfy bed, with pillow options and lots of space. Great food and friendly staff. The only let downs were the lack of seating in the evening (perhaps due to the winter?) and there was not enough space to sit for meals on occasion so we had to wander around looking for space. The food and drink made up for this! Overall, you won't be disappointed but leave feeling relaxed and content. Thank you!
