Sunprime Pollensa Bay exceeded my expectations during my one-week stay. The staff at reception were excellent, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast spread was consistently fresh and delicious – a perfect start to each day! It was also a pleasure to find the pool wasn't packed, which made for a more peaceful atmosphere. Our room was lovely and provided a great base for our holiday. A truly enjoyable experience!
I didn't stay at this hotel, but I did have a massage. Was amazing. Wish I remembered the ladies name. But all the staff were very friendly, at the desk as they got serviced a few times as they had cheaper water and snacks than my hotel next door. The gym that I saw seemed very well equipped. it shame they didn't do a pay to use scheme Highly recommend massage and facial here
Stayed here for a week and enjoyed almost everything: the view, location, beach, room, cleaning, breakfast, activities. But, please, wash the plates for the breakfast a bit more carefully! Otherwise, a perfect place for holidays!
