Truly one of the best Alexandrian experiences with some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The reception desk was so very accommodating with finding the best rooms that fit our needs. The reception desk also kept checking in to make sure we’re having the best time! The hotel’s safety was a concern of mine but the hotel has some of the best security where truly felt completely separate from the community. Some of the best mango juice as well!

A beautiful small resort with exceptional service with a convenient location. Our family with two children 6+ stayed for 3 nights in a one room suite. The room was nice with a very large bathroom and shower. Everything we needed was provided. The beach is very nice with a small bay for swimming. Some days the water was clear and other days it had algae floating around. There were two pools that were clean. There were many families staying here so we felt comfortable and welcome. The buffet in the morning had a nice selection of foods.

The staff was extremely friendly, and we felt very welcomed during our stay. The balcony view was beautiful and added a special touch to our visit. However, there were a few issues. We booked a room for three adults, but received one with only two beds. Although the hotel offered to add a small third bed, this would have made the room too tight, and it didn’t meet our expectations. We had hoped for a proper three-bed room as booked. The sea water was unfortunately full of rubbish and plastic. We did see staff cleaning the beach, but it would be helpful if this happened more regularly. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, which we appreciated. Still, it could use more fresh salads to round out the selection. Lastly, we were surprised that the entire spa area required an extra fee. Having stayed at Sunrise in Sharm El-Sheikh before, where the spa was included, this was a bit of a disappointment. We hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.
