Sunrise All Suites Resort

It was great place to spent vacations. What we love most were super animations! We had a lot to do here. Specially I want to thank a lot Ivan- best shooting animations- always with smile and great talent to get people involved in the fun! And Ina - also we have great time with you playing darts!! A lot of heart to kids! Thank you a lot! You were really great!

The rooms are not as they are advertised. We booked a seaside room but they offered us a room on the side of the sea but with No sea view. They tried to argue it but after We spoke with the agency they gave us a New room (after they said they don’t have any more rooms). They need to work on them and update them. The cleaning could be done a bit better. The lift is pretty old. The staff is friendly but stiff. The surroundings need more care as well, especially the lake and the path that leads to the sea. The swimming pools have very cold water, not suitable for small kids even on hot days. The food on the other hand was delicious and varied.

The one positive thing during my visit was the warm and friendly staff at both the bar near the à la carte restaurant and the restaurant itself. They were really nice My experience fell far short of expectations. The food offered throughout my visit was mediocre at best—lacking both flavor and variety. The rooms were equally disappointing. They were not well-maintained, with noticeable cleanliness issues and facilities that felt dated and worn out. It’s clear that upkeep is not a priority here, which really affects the overall comfort. One of the night I found a scolopendra in the room. The hotel's beach also failed to impress. It didn’t feel clean or well cared for. This hotel might have been great in the past, but that’s no longer the case—it’s now completely neglected and poorly maintained.
