Sunrise Anjum Resort

During my stay at Sunrise Anjum Resort in Egypt, one of the absolute highlights was spending time at the Island Bar in the pool. It’s such a unique and relaxing spot – you can enjoy your drinks without even leaving the water! The bartender, Islam, is exceptional. He prepares fantastic cocktails that are not only delicious but also beautifully presented and wonderfully varied. From fruity and refreshing mixes to rich, flavorful creations – every drink was perfect. The service here is on the highest level – Islam is always friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. The atmosphere at the Island Bar is amazing, with great music, stunning views of the pool, and a relaxing holiday vibe. It truly became my favorite place in the resort, and I found myself coming back again and again. I would definitely recommend visiting the Island Bar at Sunrise Anjum Resort to anyone who loves great drinks, warm service, and an unforgettable vacation experience. I can’t wait to return!

⸻ We visited Egypt for the first time this year and had a wonderful experience at this resort. While there isn’t much to do outside the resort, the staff make every effort to ensure you never get bored and that you have everything you need. Reception is even available via WhatsApp, which makes it very easy and convenient to get in touch. The rooms are comfortable, though a little bit noisy. If you want to enjoy cocktails, iced coffee, or other drinks throughout the day, we highly recommend spending time at the pool with the pool bar. The staff there are fantastic – especially Ahmed, who quickly became our favorite. He would bring us drinks without even asking and was always cheerful and fun. The hotel also has its own Dive Centre, which makes booking excursions or earning your diving certificate very easy. The food is of high quality, and the Italian restaurant is especially worth mentioning. Mohammed, who works there, is incredibly hardworking, attentive, and kind. Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday where everything is taken care of and you don’t have to worry about a thing, we can definitely recommend this hotel.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff for making our stay truly memorable. We had a fantastic time filled with great memories, top-quality service, lovely swimming pools, and delicious food. Room 317 was excellent, and I’m especially grateful to the housekeeping staff – thank you to the gentleman who took such great care of us throughout our stay. A big shout-out also goes to the amazing animation team, especially Emy, Lucie, and Miriam. You created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed every moment – particularly the boccia games! :) One small suggestion: it might be helpful to provide printed schedules of daily animation activities to encourage more guests to join in. We had a wonderful experience at the main restaurant, Boscage. Special thanks to Mahmoud, Sayed, and Farag for your attention to detail and warm hospitality – you made every meal feel special. Thank you so much! We also highly recommend spending time at the Latitude bar. The cocktails and iced coffees prepared by Mahmoud-Galaxy were absolutely delicious – it was a pleasure to stop by every day! And finally, a big thank-you to the Island Pool Bar team – especially Mahmoud and Islam. You were always friendly and served some of the best cocktails and iced coffee we’ve had. Definitely the best pool bar in the hotel! We’re leaving with so many great memories – the sea was crystal clear (even with the dead coral reef, there were still plenty of colorful fish to admire).
