The hotel was clean, the staff took great care of us with smiles and kindness. The atmosphere was elevated by the amazing animators who organized fun daily activities and were incredibly friendly. The hotel’s level is further enhanced by the restaurants you can enjoy as part of the all-inclusive package. Another highlight was the poolside bars, offering delicious food and refreshing drinks. A perfect place for a relaxing stay.

Everything is amazing, Starting from Mr Mahmoud from the reception, he is very helpful and upgraded our room for free from standard to pool view, besides he helped me find my kid missing goggles by checking the hotel cameras. The room is perfect, besides the staff is so cheerful and helful. My family enjoyed the aqua park, the sea, the pool and the night activities. The food is very delicious and has lots of varieties, really enjoyed it. It was our first stay but definitely not the last. Thank you.

Outstanding Experience! I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and truly seemed to care about the guests I absolutely loved the workers here. The food was another highlight! Delicious, fresh, and with a great variety to choose from. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything I tried was top-notch. The hotel itself was spotless. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously, and it made the whole experience even more comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend this place fantastic people, great food, and a super clean environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!
