We were greeted with a warm welcome from reception. Information about where to find the restaurant and other amenities were passed on. We were then given a bag each containing water, fruit, sandwich and some pretzels. We were very greatful for this after travelling all evening. I was granted the requests of a quiet room, on ground floor with double bed so this was brilliant! Upon entering the room we were surprised to find an army of ants all over the dressing table seemingly coming from the balcony door. After battling to remove them, we all settled down for rest. The beds are very comfy, rooms big and the bathroom/shower was also lovely. There is a mini fridge stocked with bottled water (replaced daily) Also tea/coffee facilities. The room was clean, also cleaned daily. AC worked well and lots of storage space for cases/clothes. Just be mindful of being on the ground floor and having drinks/snacks in the room as you will have to battle ants, hundreds of them. Just make sure you bin rubbish as soon as you have finished to prevent a infestation. The pools are brilliant, we used a the main pool and the little lazy river but mostly stuck with the kids pool and slides. My boys really enjoyed their time on these slides. The blue one is super fast, middle one medium and orange much slower. The female life guard was amazing, making sure to keep all the children safe when they were shooting down on their floats. The male life guards were a little slack and on occasion children were hurt on the slides because they were allowing too many at once, not blowing the whistle to alert children in the pool to move because of floats & children were incoming. I had to always remind my boys to stay clear of the slides while in the pool, it's just being vigilant as many parents were not watching their children. Towel service in exchange for cards was good. Always sun beds available, we never struggled to find them and we are late risers. Entertainment around the pool was good, music was also good (level up) stuck in my head! You can get drinks from the pool bar but also a little shack where you can just pour your own. I don't drink alcohol so can't really comment on the bars as such. There's a small shop in the lobby which sells essentials, snacks, drinks, floats etc. There is also a patisserie which you can use morning/afternoon, this also provides sandwiches after 10pm. The food.... Where do I start. In the words of my kids the food was BANGIN lol Honestly for an all inclusive the food was exceptional. Breakfast , lunch and dinner all A* The choice was brilliant, lots of variety. Pasta, spaghetti, rice, chips, pizza (was LUSH!), onion rings etc for my fussy child Also much more for me and my other child who have a wider pallet. The deserts were well presented and super tasty. The fresh sushi for gala night was heaven! My only gripe is that it was a struggle to find a table sometimes. The amount of single people that would take a table of 6 to themselves was crazy. My advice is to get there when the restaurant opens. Also people will just push in when you are queuing for food, there are no manners in this area. So I just told my boys to do the same even though this seemed wrong to them! At one point someone actually poked me in the back to get me to move rather than say excuse me. The waiters and chefs work extremely hard for looking after and feeding so many guests! They do an amazing job and their work doesn't go unnoticed, we tipped where we could! Restaurant always kept clean and tables cleared quickly. The beach was a short walk from hotel, there is another shop located here and this where you can also find entertainment. It was good entertainment, my boys loved the face painting. The bar charges after a certain time so walking back the hotel for drinks was a bit of a pain. Especially as I couldn't just leave the kids to go get drinks and come back, so we had early nights. The BBQ's on the beach are also great. All in all we loved this hotel, it was perfect for a chill/relax and recoup. Bulgaria is beautiful

We paid for sea view room and we got just side view which is unacceptable as this was the reason to choose this hotel. We wanted a beautiful view. It was not like in the photos. We were seeing just a little from the sea on the side. This hotel is nice for families with kids but not for couples. It’s full with kids who are screaming and running in the restaurant. We wanted to play table tennis (the only thing we could do as an activity there) and the table was next to the kids area. Kids were running again and braking everything. We couldn’t play. The good thing is that it is clean. The staff is nice and the food is great.
