SUNRISE Garden Beach Resort All inclusive

Staff are fantastic. Very attentive but not in your face all day. Animation staff are brilliant. So friendly and happy all the time. Pools and beach are all fabulous. Snorkeling off the jetty is amazing.....so many fish and we even saw a stingray!

Hello! We've been in Garden Beach for a week from 28.08 until 5.07. Mohamed took care of cleaning our room, 6305, and he did his best every day, even took time to live some towels arrangements. He is a very good man and really cares about his job. The beach is very nice and the beach bar has good working bartenders. On the beach the animation team does their best to speak with every guest and to involve everyone in daily activitys. We were impressed of how much quantity of information they can retain. Ellie and Aisha were the best for us. For lunch we went mostly to the Burger/ Mongolian restaurant because the atmosphere and the food were better here than in the main restaurant. We appreciate mostly Esayed, he' s always happy and joking with kids, after 2 days he knew our drinks, and Ahmed, such a nice and respectful man. The team is lead by a very involved manager. In the Main Restaurant unfortunately we didn't enjoy the atmosphere, there was always chaos. The food was kinda disappointing, mayonnaise and ckechup from the jar, roulades filled with butter. Sweets very poor and fruits the same... There's lot to improve here. For à carte we went to Mongolian and Asian, in booth the food very good. Can't end without mentioning the lobby bar team, they are always attentive and smileing even though they have lots of work.

The Sunrise Garden Beach Resort hotel was a complete disappointment! The room was dirty, cleaning was done very rarely and carelessly. The bed linen was old and worn, the towels were thin and hard. The service at the reception was disgusting - the staff was indifferent and slow, you constantly had to wait for basic issues to be resolved. The hotel grounds were neglected, the plants were dry, the pool was cloudy and not clean enough. The beach also left much to be desired - the sand was dirty in places, the sun loungers were uncomfortable and often occupied, and the staff did not monitor the order on the beach. The food in the restaurant was terrible - the dishes were tasteless, the choice was meager, the portions were small. The restaurant staff was rude and unfriendly, the service was slow and poor quality. For that kind of money, we expected at least minimal comfort and respect for the guests, but we got a complete failure! We will never come back here again and we do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
