Sunrise Kempinski Hotel

Thoroughly impressed by the service, views, food, and rooms at this location. It was a genuine 5 star experience. From the loyalty program recognition and room upgrades, to the views of the lake from the room, to the absolutely stunning architecture of the building, it’s the perfect getaway from the city. But by far the best part of the hotel was the service. We arrived at 1am and the only people on duty were the night manager and receptionist. They took on the roles of bellhop, concierge, and everything in between, even sending our luggage up to the rooms themselves. They arranged for our transfer back to the airport at no markup, and most crucially, when we left a phone in the taxi to the airport, they tracked the taxi down, obtained the phone, and sent it on to the next hotel with no cost to us at all. To date, my favourite hotel experience.

room was clean and tidy but didn't provide shower cap. the swan to ask for clean bed sheets cost 100 if u want to buy. view was nice. lots of facilities such as indoor swimming pool, gym, spa, children play place etc. the all you can eat breakfast has a lot of choices and all are delicious. I recommend the watermelon juice, fried egg, fried rice.
