Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa

A very good hotel in Nha Trang. It is across the road from the beach. We had a junior suite which was very roomy and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the spa on the balcony. The views are terrific you can see all the way up and down the coast and out to see. And the good view of the island. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the staff are always friendly and courteous. It has the usual mix of Asian and western options. The pool area was also very good and is in the shade in the afternoon so you miss the sun. We had room service one night and it was very good as well. Location is quite good it's not far to walk to many places including the markets. Very happy with our stay here.

Slightly older but still quite well maintained hotel. Nice foyer with bar, restaurant caters for breakfast and high teas mainly. It's very quiet though, guests tend to eat elsewhere. The pool is sizeable albeit sun beds are often in the shade due to the architectural choices made, such as columns and archways. Rooms to the front can be a bit noisy since the main road goes past but it's not very busy at night. For compensation you're having a view of the beach.

The room and location of the hotel were excellent, but the front desk lady who sold us the Vinpearl admission tickets were not honest. It was not a big deal to us, so I did not remember to report it to the hotel management at the time. However, we felt we were cheated by her for the tickets and would not stay at this hotel in the future. We bought 5 Vinpearl admission tickets from the hotel on 1/13/2025. The front desk lady who sold us the tickets told us each ticket would include a $100,000 VN dong voucher for lunch at any restaurant in Vinpearl island. After we paid for the tickets and left the hotel, she then called us and told us the lunch vouchers on the tickets were no longer valid. When we were at the ticket check point to take the cable car to the island, we told that one of the tickets was expired. I called the hotel about the problem, and she sent us a new ticket. We're later told by the restaurants on the island that al 4 tickets except for the replaced ticket we bought were old tickets with expired lunch voucher and the hotel should not sell them to guests. We then realized the front desk lady sold us old tickets and expired ticket as new tickets intentionally. The lunch vouchers were nothing to us, so we didn't really care but the dishonesty of this hotel staff were a real issue which stopped us from staying at this hotel anytime we came back to Nha Trang. I hope the hotel management will take action to discipline the front desk lady for cheating hotel guests.
