Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark

Everything perfect. We had an amazing stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Mr. Raj. From the moment we arrived, Raj greeted us with a warm smile and friendly attitude, which immediately made us feel welcome. He went out of his way to help us with our luggage. Mr. Raj’s professionalism and genuine kindness really stood out. He was attentive, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even asked. It’s clear he cares deeply about guest experience and comfort. Thanks to Mr. Raj, our first impression of the hotel was fantastic, and it set the tone for the rest of our stay. We truly appreciate his helpfulness and dedication. If you’re visiting this hotel, Mr. Raj is definitely someone you want to meet – he makes the stay so much more enjoyable!

We went for 10 days in early June and it was lovely! You are assigned sunbeds on arrival to the pool area which eliminated the morning sunbed wars. Variety of activities to take part in and it was amazing having the choice of 4 pools (inc. the water slides) The buffet style food was standard but the service was amazing and everyone was friendly and professional. My daughter loved the parks and the activities in the kids club. I would 100% come back

Great hotel for families. It's not very big but there is something to do in every different area. My kids (5 and 7) had a blast. It's the first hotel where they would ask to go to the kids club a few times a day. The playground is small but it's a good meeting point for them to meet other children and make good friends. The animation team are a great bunch of people lead by the charismatic Andreas, who was super friendly to all of us during all of our stay. My kids were looking forward to the mini-discos every evening. Food was of very good standard. Highly recommended.
