Sunrise Tucana Resort Grand Select

I recently stayed at Sunrise Tucana and had such a wonderful experience! The rooms are very spacious, and kept spotless throughout my stay. Everything felt comfortable, and relaxing. What really made my stay special, though, was the animation team. They are some of the friendliest, and talented people I’ve ever met at a resort. They always made sure guests were having fun, whether it was during games, or activities by the pool. Their positive energy and kindness made the whole atmosphere so welcoming.

Me and my father were in the resort about a week ago. It was absolutely beautiful. The food was good and you had lots of options on what to eat. Our room was an executive suite and it was big, the room was always clean, not once did we have a problem about it not being clean enough, in our ten day stay. The service there is amazing as well. I just want to give a quick thank you to Mohamed and Adel, because they were amazing. Adel made sure we had drinks the whole time and Mohamed always made sure to bring us our towels as soon as we got there. For me there’s nothing to complain about.

Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the staff worked with such passion and professionalism that it turned every dining experience into something memorable. The bar staff were equally impressive – quick, creative, and always welcoming, serving drinks with genuine hospitality. But what really sets Sunrise Tucana apart is that every single employee contributes to the experience. The reception team, housekeeping, pool and beach staff, chefs, and the entertainment crew all work together seamlessly to create an atmosphere where you don’t just feel like a guest, but like part of the family. Every request is handled with care, and their dedication is truly admirable. The culinary experience was another highlight. The variety of restaurants and cuisines is fantastic, and the quality was consistently excellent. Each evening felt like a new gourmet journey. As for the atmosphere – it’s unbeatable. The infinity pool is perfect for relaxing, the private beach with its crystal-clear water feels like paradise, and the evening shows are lively, fun, and full of energy. In short: Sunrise Tucana Resort is not just a hotel, it’s an experience. Luxury, relaxation, and genuine hospitality all come together here in the most perfect way.
