Sunset Beach Club Koh Phangan

We had an amazing stay at Sunset Beach Club in Koh Phangan! The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful from start to finish. The rooms are spotless, modern, and perfectly located just steps from the beach. Special thanks to Tag, the technical staff member, and Palm, the hotel representative – both were always available for any issue or request. They even went above and beyond by helping repair my broken suitcase on the spot! Truly excellent service and a wonderful experience – highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Sunset Beach Club in Koh Phangan and had a great experience overall. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the whole place felt tidy and peaceful. However, there was a small issue during checkout — I had informed the receptionist that I’d be leaving early, but no one was available until the last minute before my transfer, which was a bit stressful. Also, the breakfast could be improved with more variety and better quality. Still, I would recommend this place for its good service and cleanliness, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.

I stayed here last month and honestly, it was not what I expected.The room was much smaller than it looked in the photos, and the overall quality didn’t match the pictures at all. Definitely not worth the price. What bothered me most was that I was charged for things I didn’t use, and it was very unclear why. I tried asking the staff, but the explanation wasn’t helpful. It left a bad impression, especially for someone just visiting the area.Wouldn’t stay here again, and I’d recommend checking all charges carefully if you do.
