Highly recommended!!! It has a great location! The staff was truly 100/10. They are very friendly and helpful. Marco at the front desk was very kind and gave us several recommendations for places to visit in Mazatlán. Our chambermaid, Rosy, was also always on hand to make sure everything was in order in the room, and everything was clean when we arrived. The waiters were very attentive. We had to be served by several, but we only have Emilio and Gisell by name. She served us every morning at breakfast, was extremely friendly, and everyone was generally aware of our needs. The Start Palace staff during the meal reservations are also very friendly and pleasant, from the head waiter to all the waiters. The Juan Gabriel Tribute Show with Everardo D' Castro is fantastic!! The food was also delicious... at all the Palace Hotels, at Sunset we really enjoyed the à la carte menu and the poolside grills. You can enjoy the facilities at all the Palace Hotels, we really liked that concept. The snacks and open bar were delicious, and the staff was also very friendly. Blanca's activities in Alberta are also very fun... my mom won a Palace Hotels cup in the lottery. The rooms have ocean views 🌊 and the view is beautiful at sunset. Highly recommended to enjoy your vacation!
