Spacious, clean rooms — clearly renovated. The food is excellent, and once a week they serve delicious seafood. It's great that there's a shuttle to the beach. Big thanks to the cleaning ladies — always spotless. The bar has a great atmosphere, and the waiters are wonderful. All the staff are helpful and always ready to assist. The animation team is fantastic — it’s great when someone takes care of the kids while parents relax. Daily yoga and aqua aerobics were a lovely surprise — I really enjoyed it!

Good hotel for its price: friendly staff, cozy and renovated rooms, tasty and varied food, clean pool. I liked everything!

New name after some other (all still on Google maps) now: * Sunset Resprt Paradise* (We found also some other name) A Truly Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the “All-Inclusive” Label Swimming pool 10-19h Food: 7:30-10h + 13h-15h & 19h-21h Bar "all-inclusive" 10h - 22h Parking open for everyone behind hotel I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel experience left me completely disillusioned. Despite being advertised as all-inclusive, the reality couldn't be further from the truth. 🍽️ Food: Bland, tasteless, and only available during three rigid time slots. Outside of those times, you’re expected to pay for everything—yes, even a basic sandwich or a bottle of water. Hardly the convenience you’d expect from all-inclusive. 🎭 Entertainment Staff: Instead of uplifting the mood with activities, the entertainers seem more interested in selling tours than engaging with guests. It felt more like a pushy sales floor than a resort. 🌍 Communication Issues: Nearly all of the staff is under 20 and came from Ukraine, and most of them didn’t speak any Greek or English. Communicating even basic needs was a constant struggle, and that made the experience all the more frustrating. 🏨 Location & Accessibility: The reception is situated awkwardly far from everything. If you’re not up for hiking, you’ll have to rely on a golf cart service that only runs three times in the morning and three times in the evening. Miss those? Good luck getting around. 🍹 Evening Drinks: The selection was shockingly limited, and what was available tasted like it had been watered down or made with the cheapest ingredients possible. There was no effort to offer variety or quality. This place may promise comfort and indulgence, but it delivers inconvenience and disappointment. I would not recommend it to anyone expecting true hospitality or value for money.
