Anyone leaving a bad review must be hard to please Karens. This place is awesome. Food is amazing. Staff are over the top friendly and abiding. View is incredible. Easy access to beach and to main road if you have a rental car. Safe and secure too.

The pullout sofa in the living room is not comfortable. it should be replaced with an actual pullout bed. We had to sleep on the floor because it was so uncomfortable. The room was a one bedroom and is really not meant for four people but rather two. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. The rules on beach towels are crazy. I had to wait until 9am to get a new beach towel each day. The location is AWESOME! The adult section on the beach is nice. The view was amazing. The service was good also. Everyone was very nice and polite. I felt safe. The walls are very thin. We could hear the people in the next room. I would return to stay because the location is really good but I would get a bigger room to ensure two bedrooms to accommodate four people.

I didn’t get the chance to stay here because I had to cancel my reservation, and the way the reservations department handled it was completely unprofessional. When I called to address my concerns, Ursula refused to connect me with a supervisor. On follow-up calls, she answered again but pretended to be different colleagues and toward the end of one call, she accidentally gave herself away, confirming it was her the entire time. She was dismissive, constantly talked over us, and when I asked her to be more clear and concise in her communication, she got louder and angry. On our final attempt, she told us the only way to reach her supervisor was by email, but when I asked for the address, she hung up on me. This kind of behavior rude, dismissive, and deliberately misleading is unacceptable, especially in hospitality. I am thrilled to hear the resort is stunning and others enjoyed their stay and had a different experience. This is in reflection the resort or property. Just their reservations staff.
