Oh my god – what a wonderful time we have had here!! No words for how pampered we felt by all the benefits and offers the place had (grill, sup, mini-golf, beautiful patio and more...). They even invited us to an amazing party at the resort for free! Staff was very kind. Although at places not as impressive/nicely put together as others, but otherwise a beautiful place where one can have a wonderful holiday!
It was nice but be aware of the swarm of bugs which was present at our balcony in the evening. It may have been due to the time we were there (mid july) but not sure. Also I think that employees not knowing basic english was kind of weird and it made communication with the staff a bit troublesome sometimes.
The host informed us just 16 hours before our arrival that they could no longer accommodate us. I tried calling them, but they didn’t answer. Instead, they messaged us asking that we cancel the booking from our side. I asked them to do it instead, since I was no longer able to cancel it for free, but they refused, so I had to contact customer service. Update: Response to the owner's comment here: this absolutely did happen, I booked the accommodation through booking.com for June 28–30, 2025 at Sunset Resort, apartment 507.
