Sunset View Club

We stayed at the Sunset View Club in Tenerife for three nights. A big plus for us was the abundance of parking available nearby, which made arrivals and departures very easy. The apartment was well-equipped, featuring both a dishwasher and a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. We also enjoyed the lounge chairs right outside our door, perfect for relaxing. A couple of minor downsides were the pool's relatively short operating hours and the early check-out time of 10 AM. Despite these small points, it was a comfortable stay.

Situated in the Tenerife south and with popular Gold del Sur region and very close to the Tenerife south airport. Not busy area and not densely populated area. Quite when compared to other areas of Tenerife. Have three to four golf clubs. Sunset view club has rented and private apartments. Two rows of apartments. Ground floor and first floor. Not suitable for those with wheelchair access. One row of apartment facing the shopping area. However you get good amount of sunshine in the balconies which is present in all apartments. House is fully air conditioned with fan and two AC in hall and bed room. Fully fitter kitchen with items for cooking. Clean and well managed. Has a jacuzzi and swimming pool. Also has a tapas. You can see the the sea, sunset and mountains from your room. Suggest to ask the rooms which is on right side where you will not hear the sound of music played from one of the club in the evening which is only drawback of left side faced apartments. Near loads of shops and supermarket hyper Dino. Three buses serves to other parts of Tenerife. Buses from sand Club stop. Beach near by is rocky beach. Booked as part of holiday package.

Thinking of booking a stay here? Just do it. The staff are the most helpful I've ever met. Nothing is too much trouble. When you arrive they ask if they can give you updates via WhatsApp, and you can opt out at any time. Info given included car hire, events in Tenerife and it's a great way of asking questions without having to go to reception. The complex is immaculate, beautiful gardens and a fabulous pool area. It was never crowded, and always a sunbed available, no matter what time of the day. There was also a lifeguard on duty. The apartment we had was upstairs, one bedroom, with a newly updated shower room. The shower always had good pressure and as hot or cool as you wanted. The bed was very comfortable, black out curtains were very useful, plenty of wardrobe space. The usb charger in the plug socket on one side of the bed was useful. The kitchen had everything you would need for basic self catering, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with small icebox, microwave and hob. There were utensils and even washing up liquid, sponge, cloth and tea towel. The only slight issue would have been lack of storage if you wanted to do a food shop for your whole stay, as there wasn't really anywhere to store it. There is a small shop across the road that stocks most things and we just popped in daily, especially for the fresh bakery. The balcony had a lovely table, chairs and parasol. There was also an airer for drying swimsuits. In the cupboard on the balcony was a broom, mop and bucket, iron and ironing board. The location was fabulous. Right across the road from several bars/restaurants/cafes/shops but the noise was never intrusive. Walk along the boardwalk to Los Abrigos in one direction and the marina in the opposite direction. You are on the flight path, BUT after the first couple of times you do get used to it, it never disturbed us and we actually used to sit on the balcony watching them come in. I will definitely return to Sunset view club. Thank you for a wonderful holiday
