Sunshine Holiday Resort

Greatly enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food and something for everyone. As well as the buffet style food they had a grill outside during dinner where fresh food was cooked. The room was basic but comfortable, with good air conditioning. First night we underestimated how good it was and woke shivering but that was user error and easily rectified. When we arrived, our room was a double but we wanted a twin. Which was not the hotel’s fault but was an error with the site we booked through. Staff were very helpful and bought up another bed at 2:30am which was very comfortable. We were also offered another a room but the view of the mountains from our balcony was so good we decided to stay. There was a good selection of drinks at the bar. The beer was always cold and fresh. You could quite happily chill by the pool all day but if you want to get out and do an excursion, I recommend doing the keep safari. For a reasonable price you get a full day of adventure. They will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel and provide lunch. Overall, this place has a lot of charm and the staff are all very good and things work like a well oiled machine

We have just spent 10 days here and had a lovely holiday. Staff can’t do enough for you, very kind and helpful. Hotel is run down but it was clean, our cleaning lady was in our room every day and left fresh flowers on our beds which was a special touch. Food was fine, just the same as any all inclusive I’ve been to. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel on evenings so cannot comment on entertainment. We went into Hisarönü or oludeniz which was only a few pound in a taxi.

This is an horrendous place, please don't go, we have just returned 12/08/2025. There was staff fighting in the car park, all kids scared and crying, no entertainment, no cleaning of rooms, nothing like the fake pictures on the hotel suggests, I'm not one for complaining on reviews sites, but I feel I have to stop other holiday makers going, there was no entertainment for the kids around the pool, they only played Turkish music at night and in the day, English music for 20 minutes sometimes, no gym as advertised, no entertainment as advertised, we had to verbally demand a room clean and towel change after 5 days because it wasn't done, then the cleaner left our door open, there was damp in the rooms, ants nests in the room it was horrendous for an all inclusive family holiday we were looking forward to, turned into a nightmare, we are just a normal hard working family who look forward to our yearly holiday and I normally ignore the reviews and make my own holiday, but please read this and take it as trust, please don't waste your hard earned money, I have made a complaint with my agent to try and recoup my money, be advised
