Sunsquare Cape Town Gardens

Loved my stay here! The location is so central, seamless check-in, very spacious and comfortable room which was spotless and had a beautiful view. The staff are warm and eager to accommodate. I enjoyed my hearty breakfast which they very kindly let me take up to my room so that I could work in peace. General Manager Richard Keet and his team are exceptional - only wish I could have stayed longer! Next time... because there will be one!

We are currently staying at Sunsquare Gardens in Capetown and blown away by the exceptional service and thoughtfulness of the staff. When we were disturbed by rowdy neighbors the entire night, the hotel kindly offered to change our room, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. We highly recommend this hotel and its outstanding hospitality and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience The reception staff are so warm, helpful and so so friendly.

The place is very decent, the room was spacious enough and clean (Room 309). Unfortunately, some plugs (where the tv is connected) and the lights in the bathroom were not working. The restaurant staff are exceptional and the food was decent. If it was not the lights and plug issue I would rate it 5 star. This is a decent hotel.
