Loved every moment, from the beginning where we checked in, a wonderful lady greeted us, explained all the services, we got a ticket to travel through Arosa and get discounts, a map with the recommended hikes and places to visit. Seriously amazing! Next room, clean, comfortable, the balcony view was breathtaking. My luck had it that it snowed in September but I'm so happy for the indoor pool, sauna, massage in the hotel which elevated my trip to Arosa. Food in restaurant was absolutely scrumptious, with the friendliest service. Highly recommended. Thank you so much and will definitely come back on my next trip.
Great Family hotel! The GM is very attentive and kind. The restaurant staff is very friendly and professional. The wild mushroom tartar is Michelin star worthy!
Staff are amazing. Room was super clean. Amazing views from our room. Dinner meals were outstanding. We did a short stay - 2 nights. So the location was perfect for us to venture around the area by food. The spa was fantastic, infrared sauna , loved it. We went now just as the hotel was getting ready for the busy Christmas season. It was really quiet, so I cannot comment on peak seasons. My only gripe would be the distance from the hotel to the gondela ski station - but that is just me. I like to wake up and be at the ski lift within a few meters - but not everyone is like that. If that is not an issue for you , then I would highly recommend this hotel. They appear to have many other facilities which we did not use , it looks like there is an activist room for children, I’m sure this would be a plus for parents on holiday with younger children. I feel bad taking off a star due to location , I have to emphases that for my purpose I take off 1 star for location , but I’m sure that would not be an issue for other people. I will be back for another visit if it is a short break visit again where I am hiking and not skiing. Their pasta dish with basil pesto sauce was divine , the best I have tasted. It was so good I had it twice in a row. Our waiter was really pleasant and very attentive.
