Sunstar Pontresina

This is a good choice hotel that if I come to saint Moritz I would come stay here again. It's silent and peace, reasonable price, good breakfast area, private Hotel. In saint Moritz center is really crowded & traffic I think it's a good Idea to stay here because not far for st.Moritz and you can SKI. The bed is medium soft we don't have any pain when we wake up 👍🏻 I didn't take many photos because I really enjoyed here. So everything is perfect like photo show on Sunstar website ⭐⭐⭐⭐👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We loved this hotel. It was well set up for our ski vacation. It has private lockers to fit your skis, boots, helmet and gloves - with places to hang all of them. It has a laundry machine to use when needed. The rooms were a perfect size and had a great clothes organizer. The spa area was small, but they had a great reservation system in place. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but the dining area is beautiful. We loved the location and Pontresina. The bus stop is right beneath the hotel - but they’ll also provide transport to/from the train which is a short drive or walk away. Would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that we paid for a room cleaning halfway through our trip (it’s not standard) and the dirty towels were not changed out. My husband had accidentally stepped on the bath mat with a muddy boot and they left it on the floor instead of replacing it. A face towel had dropped underneath the sink and was left there on the ground. This was a little disappointing and when I asked reception, they said it’s not custom to change the towels with cleaning. It felt like all they did was make the bed, so maybe skip this fee.

Brand new, beautiful hotel. Attentive staff. Plus for vegan options on the menu. We had great time. Thanks!
