Sunway Lagoon Hotel

Check in was very smooth. There was person named ali bhai he was pakistani and he knows urdu so he helped us alot by suggesting things . The receptionist was helpful, attentive and efficient. Even their lobby staff and cafe staff as well. I love that their lobby area is connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall which makes it very convenient. Surprisingly, the Room and bathroom are clean and well maintained. Even i asked them for free decor in my room and they made it on our arrival. Gifted us with free chocolates and fruits . It was value to money . But one thing if you book this room keep in mind you if you want to visit sunway lagoon waterpark you need to buy ticket separate they don’t give it free just like atlantis dubai .

Plenty of shopping and food choices. The hotel rooms were clean and Marissa and her fellow colleagues provided welcoming and friendly service during her check-in process. Recommend to try theme park if if you have kids! Value for money stay!

Surprisingly, the Room and bathroom are clean and well maintained. I love the big spacious bathroom. Breakfast was average. Nothing mind blowing or tasty for me. Very normal. Daily Parking fee will be at a flat rate of RM15. You may pay at the front desk upon check in. But i was wondering why should guests pay for the parking? Shouldn't it all be complimentary?
