The hotel is good and just opposite of the theme park, the breakfast are ok too. Service are great from the Banquet Team, Aaron and his team were amazing. Will definitely come back again!
Hotel room is very basic... Very unacceptable for an Rm600+ room. Small size. Just 1 simple chair which is not comfortable to sit in. No hand towel in bathroom to dry hands... Pillows so soft... not hotel standard. Fridge is super small n shallow... a 500ml mineral l bottle can't stad uprught No tea or non 3-1 coffee provided.
Visited the Night Park during the holidays and unfortunately, it was quite underwhelming. The place was too crowded, making it hard to enjoy the attractions peacefully. The hot springs were not hot as expected - more like warm pools, which was disappointing since we came mainly for the relaxation. Crowd management could be improved, especially during peak seasons. Overall, the atmosphere was lively but the experience didn't meet expectations. Might be better to visit on a weekday if you prefer a more relaxing outing.
