We love this hotel! We’ve had many stays here over 8 years and we always have a great time. One of the only hotels in Sitges with an indoor pool, also a playground, outdoor pool, games room, spa, 2 good restaurants. The views are stunning as it’s right on the sea (no road in front) with the golf course views also beautiful. The family apartments are generous and the supermarket has fresh croissants just after 9am. The breakfast buffet is one of the best especially for kids with churros and chocolate fountain! We love going off season.
Top Hotel, great location right on the sea with lovely pools, clean and efficiently run.. highly recommended if staying in Sitges. Also very kid friendly without being too kiddy if you know what I mean.
Disaster management and hotel is very far from 4 stars more like 2. You will NOT be checked in at 15 oclock as per reservation promise, more like 17 or 18 oclock and there are a lot of angry tired after travel guests at the reception for that every day. Manager is very rude and doesn’t offer a solution besides late check out, which creates a cycle of late check-ins and mismanagement. Really no staff know what they are doing. Stay away. Check their reviews for second location in sitges with a similar name, its horrible. Stay away
