Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Can no longer count how many times we’ve been staying here. Location is good, away from typical traffic congestion area (no worries to go in and out of hotel during peak hours). Hotel is integrated with a big-decent mall. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and pleasant to sleep in (you will have peaceful night). View was magnificent too!

The room we stayed in was very comfortable and the location was just right to see the night view of KLCC, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was served at Kopi Haus, which had a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The Atrium Lounge was a great place to relax, and their desserts, coffee, cocktails and meals were all very good and satisfying. The service attitude of the front desk and food and beverage department staff was very good, friendly and professional. Although the gym and swimming pool are not large, they have beautiful views and are relaxing. The hotel itself is connected to the mall, which is super convenient for strolling and shopping. The overall feeling is very relaxing and casual, and we will definitely come back!

The Hotel is quite lavish. The lobby area is stunning and the location is good. It has a direct access to the Sunway mall. As far the room, I booked a deluxe king room, bit worn out. Corners were little shabby. Asked for face towels but not provided. Hotel must renovate their rooms as per 5star standards. Breakfast had a good variety of spread. Overall a nice experience. Hope to visit again with even better experience.
