I had a fantastic stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel! The biggest highlight is definitely its unbeatable location — directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall, which made shopping, dining, and even catching a movie incredibly convenient. It’s also just a short walk to Sunway Lagoon, making it ideal for families or anyone visiting the theme park. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Everyone I encountered was helpful, professional, and always had a smile on their face, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — everything I needed for a relaxing break. If you’re planning a trip to Sunway or just want a seamless, stress-free stay near all the action, I highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed with them for more than 5 times. Will definitely return on my next visit!
The check-in process was smooth and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A big thank you to the front desk team for making us feel welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little smaller than expected, and could use some modern touches. Still, it had all the essentials we needed. Breakfast was served at the resort next door and offered a good variety—just be prepared for a bit of a morning crowd. Minor issue: parking wasn’t included in the room rate, so that added slightly to the cost.
This is my second time staying at your hotel. Unfortunately, I experienced issues during both stays. During my first stay a few months ago, I was given the wrong room card. When I went to the room and tapped the card, I found that there were other guests inside. I returned to the reception to report the matter, but the staff did not provide any explanation or proper apology — they simply issued a new room card in silence. On my most recent stay, my room was upgraded without prior notice. I had specifically booked a Park View room because the view is important to me. When I asked about my booking, only then was I informed that the room had been upgraded due to limited availability of Park View rooms. I was told that I could only get the room I booked if I waited until after 9:00 PM. When I questioned this, the staff said those rooms were paid — implying that mine was not.We are paying customers, not staying for free. Only after my insistence did they try to fulfill my original booking. I would like to emphasize that any changes to guests’ bookings should be communicated clearly and in advance. As paying customers, we expect transparency and respect for our preferences. Thank you for your attention.
