Had a relaxing solo trip. The hotel is on a quiet private beach, not very big and not white sand, but peaceful. Stunning view from the room and a big pool. Room with breakfast, good variety and tasty. Free shuttle to the city. Room was nice but a bit old. Staff were friendly, and there were many paid activities. I got a free 1-hour kayak very chill!

Good old hotel among scenic natural landscape. Reminiscence of times when hotels were more about authentic impressions rather than pure business. Pros: • All rooms have beautiful bay view with no building or anything obstructing the picture. • Large and abundant breakfast with European and Thai food, including fish, pork and chicken, fruits. Much better than evening supper in the same restaurant, perhaps breakfast cooked by different team. • Helpful and polite personnel. • Free shuttle to Old Phuket town and shopping center, which is very convenient. By the way, people complain that there is a mess with it and you better just come without previous advance booking. It’s not true, problem is that people book the shuttle and don’t show up. • Huge beds. Cons: • Obsolete bathrooms with bathtubs when such large occupied space could be perfect for normal shower booths. • Rodents in air vents that chew on metal parts at night, and quite loud:) • Only 2 small bottles of complimentary water per day for 2 people (though a good-tasting one). • Worn mattresses. • Very very average food for room service, much worse than breakfast. Given its high price, totally not worth it. We asked several times to make it fully spicy but got all the same bleak canteen quality dinner.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights (invited by Supalai) in the most expensive beachfront villa. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing for such a high-priced hotel. • Found hair in the breakfast. • The pool was not ready or clean when we arrived — we had to call staff to clean it. • After cleaning, they added far too much chlorine, which damaged our wedding rings and left a strong smell for 2 days. • Security concerns: Do not leave valuables in your room — some of my belongings went missing. We still have one night left from the invitation, but more likely we are come back here again.
