Super Candle Hotel

Yesterday is my first day in Hanoi I am so surprise, That the front desk, staff told me that they free upgrade my room with no extra charge very comfortable and very great experience, if visiting Hanoi this hotel is a must stay.. we stayed in Luxury apartment. All rooms are specious and well maintained.. front desk team. I highly recommend you guys to try this hotel. Keep up a good work 👍👍👍👍👍

Very luxury. Japanese style. More than 1 million dong for a night. Making an order through app will be cheaper.

I must say since visiting Hanoi from 2011, this is hands down, the worst hotel room and service I have ever experienced. I had to check out about an hour and an half after checking in. After having told them via agoda that I am allergic to down pillows and having requested foam or latex pillows, I had a bell hop, who took my luggage and forgot one of the bags I had, whom I could only describe as being in lala land. He brought me to a shelved cabinet in front of the elevators on the 6th floor, covered by what could only be described as a roller blind and asked me to pick which pillow I’d like. Let me tell you, these were obviously dirty pillows. They were about 2/3 the size of a regular pillow but that did not even matter. The fact that he grabbed these 2 crappy, dirty pillows with obviously dirty pillow cases on top of it and could happily walk towards my room despite my pointing out to him that it was unacceptably unhygienic and that I did not want it, did not sink in. It was just one disaster after another. After much back and forth, I called the front desk and a lady from the reception came up only to place the same dirty pillows in clean pillow cases?! Seriously? The toilet after flushing, leaked water all over the dimly light bathroom. The mattress was sunken in to boot. The room did not feel clean at all. It had a grimey feel to it. Upon checking out, there were no apologies at all. All in, a terrible experience. There was nothing super about it that’s for sure.
