The stay provided a great experience. Attendant was also responsive and any help was provided as quickly as possible.
Ros are ok no service. We have to get it on our own.
I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. There were several basic amenities missing that should have been standard. No towels were provided in the room, and there was no soap or handwash available, which made hygiene difficult. To make matters worse, the hotel did not offer water bottles, which was very inconvenient. The lack of these essentials made the stay uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.
