The on duty Staff at the front office is involved in malpractice of money. Charging higher of the difference amount and collecting the same in his personal upi. I had because was bound to check in as early as possible for tireless journey in the early morning did not had energy to debet
I have booked the room through OYO but when I reached the hotel, they didn't allow me to check-in saying the booking amount is very less, I have to pay extra 500/- per day If I already paid through Oyo then also I have to pay 500/- per day then only I can check in. Also Hotel staff's behaviour is very bad, when I said I will complain against you in OYO then he said go ahead. It was a very very bad experience and I was disappointed.
