Had a wonderful stay! The staff was warm and professional, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was prompt and thoughtful, making the whole experience relaxing and pleasant. Highly recommended for a peaceful and quality stay!
The room is fairly spacious, but two issues have significantly impacted my experience: 1. The bathroom is infested with cockroaches, which eventually crawled into my room, making my stay extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom is not properly cleaned, leading to water clogging. 2. When I booked online, the terms stated that complimentary early check-in was subject to availability. However, upon arrival, I was told I had to pay an additional ₹600, despite informing them that I would be checking out early the next morning.
Looking into the good reviews for this hotel, decided to book the hotel. Unfortunately it turned into a bad experience for us. The bedsheets were in unhygienic condition. The cupboards were in damaged condition, broken lights with open wires, the water kettle was uncleaned having one layer of rust and used glasses were there for use. The room was smelling so bad. Requesting for some room freshener, denied by the room service staff. Till now I have travelled all the place with my family. One of the worst place in this world . How people are giving 4 star ⭐.its not like single star. Its not at all family friendly.
