Located about an 8 minute walk away from Omiya station, Super Hotel Premier Saitama Omiyaeki Higashiguchi is a great and convenient hotel, with many food options and convenience stores along the street leading to the hotel. The standard room is a spacious room for 1 person, complete with a built in desk and adequate sockets for both travelers and business workers. A tablet in each room allows you to control the air-conditioning, lighting and even TV all from one device, with an option to set up wake up and sleep timers to automatically turn on or dim the lights at a set timing. In addition to a bathtub, there is also an onsen using natural spring water provided at the hotel. It's a bit on the smaller side, however, you can easily check crowd levels via the tablet. It was a great stay at the hotel, and the added features made this hotel stand out from any other hotel I've previously stayed at in Japan. This hotel set a new standard to look out for while travelling, and I'm looking forward to my next stay when I'm back!
Awesome location at a walking distance to the train station. It's valued for the night pricing. Overall comfortable for a short stay when you visit the less popular Kando area. The public bath is a big plus for tire visitors walking around all day.
The environment, equipment, and meals are all very good and worthy of recognition. However, the sincerity of the service still needs improvement. A considerate service attitude should be to give guests some suggestions and help them solve problems, instead of being impatient, saying a few perfunctory apologies, and then hoping that the guest will leave as soon as possible The female service staff in her thirties at the counter showed obvious impatience to me, said a few perfunctory apologies, and then hoped me would leave as soon as possible. Her service attitude is unfriendly and impatient, which makes me very uncomfortable The Japanese government is committed to developing the tourism industry and needs to work harder to meet the needs of foreign tourists. This bad experience in this hotel in Omiya made me disappointed with the service attitude of Super Hotel, leaving me with bad memories, and I will not stay in Omiya from now on.
