I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel offers an ideal location close to the Alwar Railway Station and popular spots. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!”

They made us wait for an hour even though the room was prepaid, and we checked in around 9 PM. The staff was rude (I would say mannerless and badtameez) and inexperienced. The guy whose job was to show us the room we were staying in took another 30 minutes just to find it. We kept going between the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the lift lights weren’t working. Once we finally reached the room, the AC didn’t turn on for 30 minutes because it had to be switched on from the reception—strange. The landline didn’t work, there were no glasses in the room, the commode was dirty, and both the quilt and bedsheet were filthy. The quilt even had a hole, likely caused by a cigarette. To top it all off, the shower tap was broken, and the TV didn’t work either. Thanks for making our trip memorable🥂

Even though I had already made a reservation and completed the payment, they refused to let me check in just because I am a foreigner. They mocked me and were extremely rude. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my four months on a business trip in India. Their behavior not only showed a lack of professionalism but also damages the image of India as a welcoming countr
