Great location! Super walkable everywhere. The bed was probably the most comfortable of all the places we stayed in Italy (6 different hotels). I struggled to figure out how to get in, but the host answered their phone after house and helped us get in. The breakfast was not the best but they have cold bottled water, which was an absolute highlight! They also let us store our bags so we could continue to explore which saved us $20 on bag storage. The window literally opened up to the ruins, which was pretty rad! Definitely a cool place to stay. The only complaint I have is the shower was super small. But other than that, great place. Photo from the window!

Unbelievable views, and the staff were SO nice. Great AC, location, wifi, and bed... omg the bed was ridiculously comfortable! Very clean and spacious. My only feedback here is that the other guests took all the water from the fridge so there was only 1 bottle for us the entire time we were there. Maybe instead of the fridge, water could just be placed 2 bottled in a room at check-in or something so there's enough to go around?

The hotel is in an ideal location, right in the historic centre; just a few minutes’ walk from the Pantheon and just a few minutes further to the Trevi Fountain or Roman Forum. The room is spacious with a large and comfortable bed with a great view of the historic temple. The bathroom is large and smart with a great shower. However, the breakfast really lets it down and nowhere near the “Delicious Breakfast” described. There is a small kitchen with only one table – for just two people. You can make your own coffee and another guest showed us where to find the salami, pre-sliced processed cheese and long-life sliced bread. The only cereal is bran flakes and in May, the “seasonal fruit” means apples. The “freshly baked croissants” are a lie but there are some supermarket-bought cakes. The only good thing is that you can help yourself at any time, useful if you want to make an early start. There are lots of good restaurants nearby.
