Supicha pool access hotel

The most spicy curry food so far was found at the buffet (tip for some, warning for others ;) ). The poolis amazing after a day in the heat and accesible from your own room, the shower is heavenly and they bring new towels daily. Staff at the reception are very helpful en friendly. Highly recommend this place if you don't mind driving a bit to visit places ( scooter is best option)

The hotel has untapped potential. The location is far from beaches and restaurants etc, however, the building has good potential. It's an open air concept, however, given the heat, you would expect some fans in open areas, in a 5-star property. Lack of air circulation creates these oven like areas in mostly all parts of the hotel. The service is lacking, with none of the many service providers greeting guests with a smile or feel welcome, as is basic expectation in any 5 star Hotel. In fact, you almost feel unwelcome by the frown on the hotel staff when they see you in the morning. The biggest let down was the breakfast. One thing folks look forward to is the breakfast buffet in a good hotel, however, the buffet here was severely lacking serving only non-vegetarian food that was hot. The juices are not natural, they have a run down coffee machine for hot coffee, I asked for egg white omlette, which was flatly refused without an expression on the staffs face. This is very unlikely any other 5 star property I've stayed in. The WIFI kept asking for authentication, making internet access impossible. The loud motorbikes on the road can be heard in the room as if you are sitting on the road without any doors. I feel this hotel has immense potential, given a beautiful common pool, white building that could feature in a magazine, dining area which has the look of a beautiful open air restaurant. It's a shame that this hotel is not able to harness the full potential. Overall experience was quite dull, and very unlike a 5-star property, rather a budget hotel. I would think twice before booking this. We chose this over Novotel, basically in the same price range when we booked, regret it.

I stayed at this hotel and used the slippers provided. Unfortunately, the slippers were damaged while I was using them. The damage wasn't due to misuse, but because of their poor quality. I believe they cost only around 20 baht, something you'd typically find at local markets. To my surprise, the hotel accused me of causing the damage and charged me 150 baht for the cost of the slippers. I would like to warn other guests planning to stay here. I believe these slippers are a way for the hotel to generate extra income, marking up the price more than 100% from their original cost, simply by blaming the guests. The reality is, these slippers do not meet the standard that should be expected at a hotel.
