Sura Concept Hotel

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sura Concept Hotel, the newest and smallest of the three Sura brand hotels, and I must say—it exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect—within walking distance to the city’s most important landmarks, making sightseeing effortless. And if you want to explore even further, the tram is just a short walk away, offering easy access to other must-visit spots. Plus, the area itself is lively and has everything you could possibly need, from great restaurants to shops and attractions. What truly sets Sura Concept Hotel apart is the service. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Fatm, Guurol, Suparma, and Cavid (apologies if I got any names wrong!) went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their warmth and attentiveness made all the difference, offering a personalized experience that you don’t often find in larger hotels. Whether it was helpful recommendations, friendly conversations, or ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect, they truly made us feel at home. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and spotless, thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team. Everything is designed for convenience, making it a great choice for both short and long stays. If you're looking for a hotel with a fantastic location, exceptional service, and a personal touch, Sura Concept Hotel is the place to stay.

Sura Concept Hotel provided an exceptional stay during my visit to Istanbul. The friendly and attentive staff truly made the experience memorable; they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made me feel warmly welcomed throughout. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after exploring the vibrant city. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful layout and attention to detail in maintaining the space. The dining experience was delightful, with a great variety of breakfast options that catered to diverse tastes. Enjoying breakfast in the serene courtyard added an extra charm to the mornings. One of the highlights of my stay was the access to excellent facilities, including the free spa at the sister hotel nearby. This complimentary service was a wonderful surprise and added great value to the overall experience. With its unbeatable location near Istanbul's major landmarks, Sura Concept Hotel is a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

The night manager tried to kiss me after an incident, which he actually helped with. He showed me to my room, and when I unlocked my room door, I stepped into my room, turned around to close the door, he stepped forward to try and kiss me. I have complained, but I was told that no footage could be seen if this and that the incident has been reported to the necessary departments. I was a solo female traveller. The staff have access to the rooms if need be. I did not feel safe after the night manager thought that this was acceptable. The manager (Emre) of the hotel has been extremely unsupportive. Pointed out that I was talking to the night manager and that the night manager even brought me tea...I'm not sure what he was trying to insinuate? That I engaged so the night managers' behaviour was acceptable? Or that the night manager could never have done this because he brought me tea? I gave an approximate time of my arrival back to the hotel in my complaint email to help the staff if there could potentially have been any footage. I was corrected, and the time was pointed out in a negative light. The night managers' behaviour is unacceptable, regardless of time, chatting, and him bringing me tea!! This is meant be a professional establishment - no matter the time of day, circumstances or how the lady is perceived... I am not happy with the response or the incident. Side note. There is no pool or restaurant at this property. You have the use of the facilities in the sister hotels. The description of this is misleading. I would never stay at any of the Sura hotels again. I would not recommend a female traveller stay here alone.
