Sura Design Hotel and Suites Boutique Class

I had a fantastic stay at Sura Design Hotel & Suites in Istanbul, and I want to highlight the outstanding service I received from two amazing team members—Merve and Ahmet at the reception. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel truly welcome. The check-in process was smooth, professional, and friendly. Merve and Ahmet went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, informed, and settled in. They provided helpful information about the hotel amenities, local recommendations, and were always available with a warm smile and genuine interest in making my stay enjoyable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference and set the tone for a wonderful stay. It’s rare to come across such dedicated hospitality, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Thank you, Merve and Ahmet, for your exceptional service—you are a credit to the hotel!

The reception staff at Sura Design Hotel were exemplary—consistently friendly, courteous, and exceptionally helpful. They went out of their way to assist us, even providing clear directions to nearby attractions, which greatly enhanced our experience. The hotel's public areas were clean, well-maintained, and reflected a commendable standard of upkeep. Our rooms, though modest in design, were spotless, neatly arranged, and entirely met our expectations. The bed offered a good level of comfort, contributing to a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was more than satisfactory, with generous portions and a variety that ensured a pleasant start to the day. We sincerely appreciate the attentive service and overall hospitality—thank you.

The hotel is nicely decorated with well sized rooms, decor and a great location. However, reception is clearly short staffed and doesn't reflect a 5-star hotel or the cost. For example: we called 3 times and waited an hour for an iron. There was no one to help with bags whilst we had a waiting taxi ( there aren't enough lifts/they are out of order). The walls into the corridors are thin, and conversation by passing guests can be disturbing.
