I love the room, it so big. But because its big, the air conditioner was not so cold, but enough, maybe around 23-24 deg celcius. They use centralized AC. The price is cheaper than others with similar specification. Hotel location is close to plaza and free car park if you stay in hotel. The only minus point is the fitness center does not has treadmill.
The hotel has really nice facilities, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the location is great. Oh, and the breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. I had a good time at Surabaya Suites Hotel, and I will definitely stay there again! Terima kasih banyak ❤️
Check-in was a bit confusing for me as the receptionist was a bit difficult for me to understand. She tried her best in English but it was a bit lost in translation. Room (709) was very good sized. Do not like the carpeted floors as they are less hygienic. Bathroom was a bit cramped for the size of the room. Bed was comfortable. The closet had a light that would not turn off because the doors didn't close properly to switch the light off. Wi-Fi was average but the smart TV work well. There is free water in the hallway bit they did not refill the tanks often enough. Spa was closed due to the holidays. Overall the facilities are getting dated. By far the best aspect of this hotel is it's location.
