Sural Saray Hotel All Inclusive

The hotel is excellent in many aspects, but it’s not quite worth the price they’re asking on Booking. The food is of good quality, but since I have something to compare it to, I can say the variety is quite limited. However, the hotel was half empty, so maybe that’s why the food situation was like that. The beach is great, but the umbrellas are too small and fixed in place, so to stay in the shade you constantly have to move your sunbed — which doesn’t quite match the level the hotel is aiming to achieve. The guests are mixed, but mostly German. It’s a peaceful hotel where you can truly relax and rest (except for the comfort of the room, but that can be overlooked to some extent). I think it’s very close to great comfort, but still far from being premium.

We would like to sincerely thank the staff of Sural Saray Hotel for an unforgettable holiday. From the very first moment we entered the hotel, we felt amazing. Honestly, I don’t understand how anyone could write a negative review about this place. I’m posting this on purpose because, when we were choosing our hotel for holiday, some negative reviews made me hesitate — but in our experience, they had no real basis. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean, and without any issues. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was cleaned every single day with refill of minibar. The food seemed endless — an incredible variety of everything: fresh grilled meat over charcoal, grilled fish, fresh pasta, homemade tiramisu, tacos, and so much much much more. It was absolutely delightful. As for drinks, bartenders and service staff worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy. Every morning we saw the sunbeds at the pool being disinfected, and the pool staff kept everything in order and were always available. A huge plus is that the hotel is adults only, so we could truly enjoy peace and quiet without the noise of children. It took us 3 days to explore every option of snacks, fun and service. Lobby bar, beach bar with ice cream, fruit cups, and drinks, pool bar with everything we wanted. I can’t comment much on the animation programs since I didn’t join many, but we did attend the Boho Party — and it was fantastic. The hotel manager is our friend now 🙂 If you’re reading this — hello! We spent a week in this hotel, let me share my experience about it. We’ve been here 3 years ago, and the hotel looks absolutely beautiful after the renovation. Most of the waiters were really kind and thoughtful, but others were a bit careless, and some of them were pretty rude. That was suprising, because 3 years ago the waiters were the best thing about the hotel. The worst experience was that one night, a waiter directly asked us to give him a tip. In my opinion, this is unacceptable at a 5 star hotel. Apart from that, we enjoyed our vacation. A LOT of delicious food, beautiful beach, nice drinks. Overall, I can recommend this hotel to those who want to stay at a quiet (child free), beautiful place, with mostly kind people, and 2 minutes walk from the beach.
