Sure Hotel by Best Western Hilden Duesseldorf

I recently stayed here for 2 weeks as part of business travel, we had a business conference here as part of our stay. The rooms were small but comfortable, the facilities at the hotel were well looked after and the room was cleaned when ever I requested it. The breakfast was always well presented and the breakfast staff very friendly and kind. The restraunt at dinner was good, although only ate there a couple times for dinner it always satisfied what I needed. The staff was always professional and friendly. The location was great, with very easy access to the Hilden old town with shops, restraunts and Cafe within close walking distance. I had laundry service done during my stay, this was always returned in time and smelt nice and fresh. I will stay again for my next visit to Hilden Germany 👍

Modern hotel when you see the lobby and reception, as well as the staff which are super nice and helpful. However, when it comes to rooms there are things to be improved - starting from implementing card reader for the rooms instead of giving the key and huge keyring, plus the shower itself could get updated. Generally, liked the stay. The breakfast was good variety, with some bacon, eggs and they can even fry eggs on request.

Had a great stay at the hotel to attend a convention at Dusseldorf. All the staff was very friendly and could speak english. Had a little trouble with payment, but that was the problem of the website. The staff was very helpful at getting it resolved. Can only recommend, albeit it is a little further from Dusseldorf.
