SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sukhumvit 2

The room was very comfy and the staff was friendly. We asked for an iron, and then a minute later we had it in our room. They also offered every guest a free ride with a golf car to Sukhumvitroad (which was about 300 meters walk), but we did not take this free service of the hotel. The breakfast of the hotel is okay and price worthy for customers who do not like to eat warm 2-3 times a day. They offer a wide range of juices, coffee and tea, water and milk. In general it was western oriented. The swimming pool met our expectations and was beautiful but small. Ther beds were available around the pool and they had a minibar at the rooftop of the hotel. Staff was continuously serving enough towels and cleaning the rooftop. Overall it was a really good experience to Bangkok.

We stayed for a week at this nice hotel in Bangkok. At the time of our arrival there were a few problems with the bathroom, but the amazing staff took care of it well. They were very friendly and made us feel welcome at all times. We really enjoyed the atmosphere at the pool and rooftop bar. The hotel is located very close to the Nana neighbourhood, which can get pretty rowdy at night, but was overall okay. The location is near the city centre and there is a good connection with public transport, which is a big plus. Overall we had a pleasant stay at the SureStay Plus hotel.

It's great but not perfect. Room n pool no issue. But no 7 or local shop walking distance. You need to take their free shuttle n then walk. We had 8th floor and it was fairly quiet apart from other guests. Beds r comfy, shower ok....but air-conditioning might be an issue if it's very hot. We kept ours on all day .....never ice cold. Staff are attentive and friendly and easy to ask for shuttle tuk tuk to take and collect you.
