Found the Surrey House Hotel after being let down by another. Welcomed by Julie the owner, fixed us up with 2 rooms in moments. The rooms were large, really well decorated and nipping clean. The beds were comfortable, tea coffee and biscuits provided. The full english breakfast was excellent, there was cereal, juices, fresh fruit and loads of choice of teas etc. Julie and Kev are two of the nicest people you'll meet, they ensured our stay was enjoyable and hassle free. Thanks Julie and Kev, hope to see you again.
Lovely hotel,lovely owners. Very polite,room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely it catered for everyone with special dietary requirements etc. We will definitely be back in the future.
Okay: the owners are wonderful and and the breakfast was great. Locations good too. Our rooms door was warped so it was hard to lock it and the toilet seat fell off the toilet! But they're small easily fixed things: the room was spacious and the beds comfy. Do recommend.
