This was by far the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My wife was in town for a week and we booked this location. The service was incredible. We are not native speakers of Portuguese (or speak any at all) but the staff set up a WhatsApp number for us to communicate. The restaurant was incredible. Food was delicious (I could not resist the pan perdin daily). They were responsive to all of our needs and even went out of the way to make my wife’s birthday special. We will definitely recommend this location to anyone who asks.
Beyond excellent service. Maria at the front desk is the best! We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. Can't wait to return.
The hotel experience is fantastic. On the other hand... the restaurant used to be acceptable, food was ok because the atmosphere was great. But a week ago I was there to have lunch..and the experience was terrible. It couldn't be any worse. I can give you all the details if you choose to contact me. The service of Keiton was despicable. His lack of knowledge about the menu was bad but his arrogant attitude made it all worse.
