This place has truly become my favorite spot! We came here for the beach club and were impressed from the very first moment. The food is absolutely delicious, everything is spotless clean, and the service is just perfect. There are separate pools for kids and adults, which is a huge plus — everyone can relax and enjoy their time the way they want. Special thanks to Mr. Veysel, the beach club manager, for creating such an outstanding level of service. His attention to detail and professionalism make all the difference. Highly recommended!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Susona Hotel. All the staff were absolutely incredible — every single person we encountered was beyond amazing, attentive, and exceptionally kind. Their warmth and professionalism really made the experience special. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering plenty of comfort during our stay. We initially had a minor issue with our private pool on the first day, but the team handled it immediately and seamlessly arranged a room change. Their quick response and care truly impressed us. The pool and facilities were outstanding, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. The views from almost every part of the hotel were breathtaking — a highlight of our visit. While the food options were somewhat limited (with only two restaurants, and one featuring alcohol in many of the dishes), I have to say that everything we tried was delicious and of excellent quality. Overall, this was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay, and I would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway!

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times—once when it was still the Nikki Beach Hotel, where the guest service was outstanding, and twice after it became part of LXR. The property itself is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent, the gym is great, and the infinity pool is absolutely stunning. During my second visit with my husband, the guest manager, Yasmine, made our stay truly unforgettable. That said, I’ve noticed a decline in customer service compared to previous visits. While the hotel remains visually impressive, it no longer delivers the high level of service you’d expect if you’re looking for a truly guest-focused experience.
